A chat is one conversation a visitor starts. A message is each AI reply inside it. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of both, and they reset every month.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit? +
The widget shows a friendly 'back soon' message until limits reset next month. You can upgrade anytime to raise them instantly.
Do I need WooCommerce? +
No — Cartgeni works on any WordPress site. If you do run WooCommerce, it unlocks product recommendations, add-to-cart and order lookup right inside the chat.
How does the bot learn about my store? +
It trains on your pages, posts and products automatically — plus any PDFs, documents or custom Q&A you add in the dashboard.
Where does my data go? +
Your chat history is stored on your own WordPress site and you control how long it's kept. To write replies, messages are sent securely to third-party AI providers, who don't use them to train their models.
Can I cancel anytime? +
