Cartgeni is an AI-powered chatbot plugin for WordPress. Each plan includes a monthly conversation quota.

Your account

Keep your license key safe. Don't share it outside your organization.

Acceptable use

No illegal, harmful or harassing content. No spam, phishing, impersonation. No reverse-engineering or quota bypass. No resale without permission.

Payments + refunds

Paid plans billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. Cancel anytime — plan stays active until period end. 30-day no-questions refund on first paid purchase.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee zero downtime. Service is "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

AI disclaimer

Cartgeni uses third-party AI models (Cloudflare AI, OpenAI). AI replies may occasionally be inaccurate. Review critical responses and use Fine-tune Q&A to correct.

We may update these terms. Material changes announced via email or in-product.
